NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS   

Dear Customers,  

Today, Ninestar Corporation filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other related parties of the U.S. government before the U.S. Court of International Trade. 

This lawsuit stems from DHS’s unwarranted decision to place Ninestar and certain subsidiaries on the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List. Ninestar is also pursuing an injunction against the DHS action to halt the ongoing financial and reputational harm to the company. Please see the attached press release for more details.  

DHS’s action linking Ninestar to forced labor is not based in fact. We are confident that we will quickly prevail in this legal action and dispel these false allegations. Ninestar looks forward to correcting the record and resuming our legitimate business operations in the United States to serve our customers.
